Product listings describe the configured garment, mug or tote, its selected artwork, available options, measurements and care. Product images are supplier-generated mockups of those designs; they are not photographs of physical samples we have inspected. Small colour or placement differences can occur. Generated editorial imagery is illustrative and does not change the specification of an item you buy.
Prices & market selection
Canada uses CAD and the United States uses USD in the market selector. These are separate listed prices, not a promise of a particular exchange rate. Check the selected currency and final total, including applicable tax and shipping, before payment. The amount shown when you authorise payment is the amount charged by the store. A card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion fees. Possible cross-border import charges are described in our shipping policy.
Your bag & order
Adding an item to your bag does not reserve stock or place an order. When checkout is available, selected products, quantities, availability and prices are checked again. An order is shown as paid only after payment is verified and its record has been saved. A paid order is not a confirmation that production or shipping has finished.

Read our shipping and returns policies, including production time and the limits on voluntary changes after production begins. Order issues & changes to terms
If a problem prevents us from supplying the item as agreed, we will contact you to resolve it, including applicable cancellation or refund options. We will not substitute a different product, change your selected design or collect an additional charge without your agreement. Later changes to website prices or policies do not change the terms of an order already placed.
